If you’re ready to enroll your child at The Little Learning Preschool, we’re excited to welcome you to our family! Get started by submitting your initial registration with the button below. Once your form is submitted and processed, you will receive any applicable enrollment fee invoices withing 24-48 hours. If you have questions or concerns, contact our team now.
Admission Forms
Once you have completed the Initial Registration form, you can start the admissions paperwork. Only start these forms after the Initial Registration form is completed. Read the description of each form and then click the link to complete it. Get in touch if you have questions at any time!
Complete a separate admission form for each child you are enrolling.
Complete one form for each child you are enrolling.
Complete this form for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 11 months only.
Required food program form. To complete this form, our center ID is 1519. Our name is The Little Learning Preschool and our phone number is (817) 862-7555.
This form is required for children who do not currently attend preschool or school away from the center. Send a copy of this form for your child’s physician to complete. You will have 30 days from the date of enrollment to submit.

Complete one copy of this form for every family.
This form is REQUIRED for any child with a diagnosed food allergy. Download it for the child’s physician to fill out.
